These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 757k ("757k", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://757k.cam and all associated services, content and features made available through it (collectively, "the Service").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

You must not share your login details with any third party. 757k will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds at any time. Standard verification documents include a government-issued photo identification (such as a valid CNIC or passport), proof of address and, where required, evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights or Account closure.
You are obligated to maintain accurate and up-to-date Account information at all times. Any change in your personal details, including name, address or payment information, must be updated promptly. Discrepancies between Account information and verification documents may delay withdrawal processing.
Deposits to your Account must be made using payment methods accepted and listed in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change at the operator's discretion and may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. Withdrawal requests may only be processed once all of the following conditions are satisfied: (a) KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction; (b) all applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus have been met or the bonus has been forfeited; (c) the Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews or unresolved disputes; and (d) the requested withdrawal amount does not exceed the Cashable Balance.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives are subject to individual promotional terms and conditions which shall be read alongside this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

No right, title or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of this licence. You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the Platform's support team via the contact details set out in Section 16.
757k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure, any Cashable Balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of applicable charges and forfeiture of ineligible bonus funds) shall be returned to you via a payment method in your name, subject to completed verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 757k holds its operating license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
You acknowledge that 757k does not operate under a Pakistan-issued license and does not represent that the laws of Pakistan govern this Agreement or the Service. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that the Service is lawful in Pakistan.
757k reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly indicated at the top of the Terms page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support.
